Heavy Duty Tapered Roll-Flight Conveyors are used to transfer cylindrical parts from 2" to 7" diameters and lengths as short as 9" long.
Parts are self-nesting due to the sloped walls of the rollers. Automatic machines are accommodated by the customer adding their own gripping or push-off devices.
On-line production storage or surge is enhanced by adding stops, giving Low Back Pressure Accumulation at any point on the conveyor. Multiple units can be provided for each stage of production or a long, single unit can help condense operation stages.
